The Ram 3500 is the largest pickup truck in the Ram family. It is available in your choice of cab styles, engines, and bed lengths. It also comes in several trim levels, including:

All of the Ram 3500 trims are available in either rear-wheel drive or part-time four-wheel drive. The standard engine in most of them is a 5.7-liter V8 with 383 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque. However, drivers can order them with either a 6.4-liter V8 engine that (which gives you 410 horsepower and 429 pound-feet of torque) or a 350-horsepower turbocharged 6.7-liter diesel six-cylinder.
But, the real story with the Ram 3500 is, of course, what you can do with it. The two bed length options are either an 8-foot or a 6-foot, 4-inch and, depending on your configuration and the bed length you choose, it can carry around 6,580 pounds. Add in Ram's signature spring-coil rear suspension and you have a ride that's smooth and even regardless of whether the bed is loaded or empty.
